We bring the vibe, the décor, and all the little details that make moments unforgettable.

How Does it Work?

1. Pick Your Package: Browse available setup packages and select the one that best suits your occasion.

2. Secure Your Date: I'll send over your invoice and contract. Once your payment is received, your date is officially booked!

4. The Setup: Setup time depends on your chosen package. Once I've finished, I'll notify you that everything is ready!

Booking Policies

Deposit & Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance is due one week before your scheduled setup

.• For bookings made less than one week out, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Rush Fee

• A $50 convenience fee applies to any bookings made less than 6 days before your setup date.

Parking

• If your hotel does not offer free parking, valet charges will be added to your room upon my arrival.

• If I have to pay for parking out of pocket, the client will be responsible for reimbursing the total parking cost (a receipt will be provided).

Setup Time

• A minimum of 2 hours is required for setup.

• Larger packages may require additional time.

• Please refer to your selected package for the estimated setup duration.

• Late room access may affect setup completion and overall presentation.

Room Access & Safety

• For safety and to maintain the surprise, no one should be present in the room during setup.

• Please notify the front desk that someone will be dropping off “a gift” and provide them with my full name.

• Upon arrival, I will present my ID and be issued a room key by the front desk.

• If your booking is at an Airbnb, you must provide me with the entry code or access instructions at least 2 hours before your scheduled setup time to avoid delays.

  • Rose petals

  • Your choice of color palette or theme.

  • Tent Option: add $75 for an enclosed or shaded setup (perfect for privacy or chilly evenings).

Marry Me, Luv -$800

Add this to any picnic package for a proposal moment that feels straight out of a movie. Includes:

  • 3ft “MARRY ME” marquee letters

  • 2 Dozen roses

  • Extra candles + lighting for that yes moment

The Luv Circle -$500

Gather your favorite people, laugh out loud, and make memories that matter. Designed for 6–8 guests — ideal for brunches, birthdays, or girls’ days. Includes:

  • Upgraded florals

  • Themed décor

  • Complimentary infused water or lemonade.

  • Tent Option: add $100 for partial or full tent coverage (perfect for summer shade or fall comfort).

The Luv Lounge - $750

Where celebration meets comfort. Designed for 10–12 guests — perfect for bachelorettes, birthdays, and milestone moments. Includes:

  • Balloon garland

  • Deluxe décor upgrades

  • Plush floor seating.

  • Tent Option: add $150 for covered or fully enclosed setups (depending on weather + space).

When you're ready to book with your deposit, please complete and submit the form. Your information will help me create your invoice and contract to officially lock in your date.

Please only send this information once you're ready to pay your deposit (50% of your total).


If booking within one week of your setup date, full payment will be due at the time of booking.
