Valentine’s Day Setups

How Does it Work?

1. Pick Your Package: Browse available setup packages and select the one that best suits your occasion.

2. Secure Your Date: I'll send over your invoice and contract. Once your payment is received, your date is officially booked!

3. Notify the Hotel: Let the front desk know I'll be dropping off a surprise gift. Provide them with my full name, so they can verify my ID and grant me access to your room.

4. The Setup: I'll enter your room while you're out and begin decorating. Setup time depends on your chosen package. Once I've finished and exited the room, I'll notify you that everything is ready!

Booking Policies

Deposit & Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance is due one week before your scheduled setup

.• For bookings made less than one week out, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Rush Fee

• A $150 convenience fee applies to any bookings made less than 6 days before your setup date.

Parking

• If your hotel does not offer free parking, valet charges will be added to your room upon my arrival.

• If parking can’t be added to the room, the client must reimburse parking costs within 2 hours of receiving the receipt.

Setup Time

• A minimum of 3 hours is required for setup.

• Larger packages may require additional time.

• Please refer to your selected package for the estimated setup duration.

• Valentine’s Day Setups: Due to Valentine’s season volume and hotel access, setups are completed within 3 hour window based on the selected setup time.

Room Access & Safety

• For safety and to maintain the surprise, no one should be present in the room during setup.

• Please notify the front desk that someone will be dropping off “a gift” and provide them with my full name.

• Upon arrival, I will present my ID and be issued a room key by the front desk.

• If your booking is at an Airbnb, you must provide me with the entry code or access instructions at least 2 hours before your scheduled setup time to avoid delays.

Please only send this information once you're ready to pay your deposit (50% of your total).


If booking within one week of your setup date, full payment will be due at the time of booking.
